Where do you deliver your wines?

We currently offer nationwide shipping across Australia. For international inquiries, please contact our cellar door team directly to discuss available export options and shipping rates.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Standard delivery typically takes 3-7 business days for metropolitan areas and up to 10 business days for regional locations. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

What is your policy on damaged or corked wine?

We take great pride in our quality. If your wine arrives damaged or is found to be faulty (corked), please contact us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or a replacement bottle.

Do I need to be home to sign for my delivery?

Yes. In accordance with Australian liquor laws, someone aged 18 or over must be present to sign for the delivery. If no one is home, the courier will leave a card for collection at a local post office.

Do you offer discounts for bulk purchases or wine club members?

Absolutely. Our Wine Club members receive exclusive discounts of up to 20% and free shipping. We also offer tiered pricing for bulk case orders of 12 bottles or more.

Can I include a personalized gift message with my order?

Yes, you can add a custom gift message during the checkout process. We will print your message on a Peter Lehmann branded card and include it with the shipment at no extra cost.
